Shipment

[1] SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1-7 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

  • Delivery Location

Orders can be delivered to only Residential, Commercial Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done to any public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels, on Road etc.

If at all recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try making 3 attempts to deliver the product. The courier company may not accommodate any customer requests to hold back the product for few days after making 3rd attempt. In case you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched.

On occasions where customer fails to collect the shipment, the return charges are borne by customer.

All goods/jewellery shipped is insured by the company/website during the transit process for any possible theft or damages, to ensure the User’s purchase is safely delivered.

  • Free Gift Packaging

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packaging along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive happy gems & jewellers gift packing.

To send a free gift message with your item, look for the Gift message text box in the shopping bag/cart page. Your personal message will be printed on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift. We also deliver your gift to a delivery address of your choice.

[2] SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

The package contains you may expect:

  • The selected jewellery item

  • Billing invoice consisting of product details

  • Tamperproof cover (which can be used in case you choose to return)

  • Product certificate (wherever applicable)

[3] PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit / debit cards / net banking / using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase.

[4] What is the procedure for placing an international order?

  • All international customers are requested to connect us via email hapyecom.21@gmail.com

  • Then choose the item you would like to buy followed by filling an enquiry form

  • Once we receive your enquiry, our ecommerce executives will confirm the details regarding product and other like shipping charges then we would send you a payment URL.

  • Please use this URL to view the actual shipping cost and use the payment gateway to complete the payment.

[5] RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy for unused and unworn items. Free return shipping is applicable only when costs do not exceed Rs.150 and for pin codes covered by our courier partners. In case charges exceed Rs.150, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs.150 will be adjusted against customer refund.

  • Please follow the below instructions to return your item within 7 days.

    • Please place a call with our Ecommerce team on the mentioned phone number requesting to return the product. (+91) (953)-(795)-(2202)

    • Ecommerce team will schedule the courier pickup upon receiving the return request, the schedule will be informed to customer by means of an Email.

    • Please pack your jewellery in as it is condition along with the barcode tag in the tamper proof cover that is provided with the package.

  • Packaging Guidelines

    • Please pack the unused item, product certificate and original invoice in the tamper proof cover. As of received condition.

    • Handover the package to the courier agent and collect an acknowledgement.

    • Kindly ensure your availability on the day of pick up and hand it over to the courier agent.

For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, then customer responsibility that you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:
